In challenge #28, we are asked to turn a toilet paper roll into something. Also, as part of the requirements, we need to use gift tissue paper, acrylic paint and some chipboard.
I decided to make a gift tag holder. For this project, I used some red and some teal tissue paper. I turned the red tissue paper into a faux washi tape. As for the teal tissue paper, I used it as an embellisment for the pocket, after adding some red Distressed Ink to it.
I also used a Tim Holtz die to die cut a reindeer chipboard and cover it with a gift wrapper.
Supplies:
-Unity Stamp from August 2010 Kit of the Month
-Toilet paper roll, gift tissue paper, yellow acrylic paint.
-Tim Holtz Distress ink
-Ribbon
-Reindeer Chipboard, gift wrapper.
-Double sided tape (for the faux washi).
I used those little birds earlier this week, too! I really like how you used them here. This is a great project!
