Sweetest Christmas

Hi,

I have another Christmas card to share with you. I'm entering this card to Cure For The Monday Blues challenge as well as PTI Make It Monday challenge.

The inspiration photo for this challenge is shown below.
I created my card based on the gold and silver jewelries, the neutral, pink and light green colors from the picture. I also used the "Gold Dipped die cut" method that Danielle Flanders shared on PTI blog, except that I used some white flower soft instead of a gold embossing powder.

I started by die cutting a white cardstock using a stitched die from Mama Elephant Femme Frames. I then stamped various circle stamps from PTI Polka Dot Basics using Tsukineko Delicata Gold and Silver ink.

For the embellishments, I die cut a mug and the candy canes from PTI Candy Cane Christmas set. I used the coordinating stamp set to stamp the images on the die cuts and added some flower soft on the edge of the die cuts. I also added some gold stickles on the flower soft. To make it more sparkly, I added some sequins.

I simply stamped the sentiment (also from PTI Candy Cane Christmas set) using some Versafine Black Onyx ink.

Supplies:
- PTI Candy Cane Christmas, Polka Dot Basics
- Mama Elephant Femme Frames
- Tsukineko Delicata Gold and Silver ink, Stampin' Up ink pads.
- Sequins, Flower soft, stickles
- PTI cardstock

Bright Christmas Card

I made another Christmas card based on Cured For the Monday Blues challenge. Below is the inspiration photo for this challenge.

I draw my inspiration from the duvet cover, the frames, the painting as well as the green and teal colors from the ikat pillow.

Here is my card.

I used WPlus9 Winter Wonderland set as well as a background stamp from Basic Grey to create this card. I first created the background by stamping the background image using Mama Elephant Sunshine ink pad.

I used embossing, masking and blending technique to make the framed images and "painting". I embossed the bird in red glitter.

Supplies:
- PTI cardstock,
- Mama Elephant, Distress Ink pads
- Versamark ink
- WPlus9 Winter Wonderland, Background stamp from Basic Grey

WCMD 14 - Another Thank you card

Here is another card that I made for Butterfly Reflections, Ink. challenge.

I used MFT Cover-up Stripes die to create the background. For the center of the card, I created a wreath using Simon Says Stamp Heart Wreath die. I die cut the leaves and hearts from various colored cardstock and adhered the little elements on the wreath.

For the sentiment, I stamped the "Thank you" sentiment from WPlus9 Fanciful Feathers set on a piece of banner created using a banner die from Mama Elephant. I also stamped two little feathers on the banner using Tsukineko Delicata Gold ink.

Supplies:
- Simon Says Stamp Heart Wreath die, MFT Cover-up Stripes die, Mama Elephant banner die
- WPlus9 Fanciful Feathers set
- PTI cardstock, Neenah cardstock
- Black Onyx Versafine ink

WCMD14 - Thank You Card

I'm making cards for WCMD challenge at Butterfly Reflecitons, Ink.

Here is my first card.

I stamped a sentiment from Avery Elle's Oh Happy Day set on a piece of white cardstock and added some sequins that I got from PTI Make It Market kit. Using some dimensional adhesive, I adhered two pieces of PTI Harvest Gold cardstock joined by a piece of acetate to create a window.

I cut two thin strips of some green POW paper and adhered them on top and at the bottom of the window. I also stamped the phrase "for your kindness" at the bottom of the green strip. This sentiment comes from WPlus9 Fanciful Feathers.

On the left, I added a wood veneer and a resin flower that come from SC kits. I also added some orange jute string.

Supplies:
- Neenah cardstock, PTI Harvest Gold cardstock, POW Glitter paper
- Avery Elle's Oh Happy Day stamp set, WPlus9 Fanciful Feathers stamp set
- Black Onyx Versafine ink pad
- Sequins from PTI Make It Market kit
- Embellishments from SC kits
