Hello everyone,
Today I have a card that I made as an entry to Cure For The Monday Blues #46 challenge as well as PTI's Make It Monday Challenge.
The inspiration photo for this challenge is shown below.
The requirements for Make It Monday challenge is to stamp and mix pattern.
Here is my card.
I took the raindrops, clouds, black and white stripes and the bird form the inspiration photo and used them in my card.
To make the background piece, I used Studio L2E's Crazy Awesome Life and Rate It stamp sets. For the cloud embellishment, I used PTI cloud die and the "Cage Oiseaux" stamp set from Artemio.
For the sentiment, I die cut a banner using PTI Bountiful Banner die and stamped the herringbone pattern using another PTI set (Herringbone stamp set). I then stamped the "Happy Birthday" sentiment from the same Bountiful Banner set to a piece of yellow cardstock.
Supplies:
- PTI Cardstock
- Stampin' Up ink pads
- PTI Bountiful Banner, Herringbone Background sets
- PTI Cloud die
- Studio L2E Crazy Awesome Life and Rate It sets
- Artemio Cage Oiseaux stamp set
- Clothes pin from Studio Calico and bakers twine.

Happy Town!
This is another card that I made this week. I made this based on PTI Make It Monday challenge. For this challenge, we have to add some doodling with stamping.
Here is my card.
I used PTI's City Scene stamp set to create this card. I drew around the shapes to create the sketched look. I also added some die-cut clouds that I made using PTI dies.
Here is my card.
Celebrate Today!
Hello,
I am back. I've been away from this blog due to moving. Today, I want to share a card I entered to Cure For The Monday Blues challenge. The inspiration photo for this challenge this time is the one below.
Here is my card.
I got my inspiration from the polka dot paper bag and the pom-pom ball in the picture. I started by cutting two large tags using Mama Elephant's Basic Set Creative Cuts. I scored the top part of one of the tags and glued the top part to the other tag to create a card.
I made the polka dot background using a small stamp from PTI's Places Please Mini stamp set. The sentiment (from PTI's Bountiful Banner) is stamped on a piece of die cut I created using a die from Mama Elephant's Basic Set Creative Cuts.
I use Lawn Fawn's Puffy Stars die to create the star embellishment. To make the pom-pom, I just used some yarn that I have in my stash.
Supplies:
- Mama Elephant's Basic Set Creative Cuts
- PTI Places Please, Bontiful Banner stamp sets
- CTMH white ink pad, Versafine Black Onyx
- Neenah Dessert Storm cardstock
