I used By the Numbers Border die to create the background. For the sentiment, I used one stamp from Stylish Sentiments: Birthday set.

Drop Shadow Die Cuts

Here is my entry for MIM #151 challenge at Papertrey Ink.

I used Dot Spots set to make the circles. The sentiment is from Pretty Peonies set. For the background, I die-cut a tab using Edgers #5 die set. I adhered the die cut on a piece of pattern paper.
